Upper Iowa University has many different locations including one in the Quad Cities. The Quad Cities Center offers many different Associate, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs. The Quad Cities Center has not only impacted the Quad City community, but also has made a difference in the Muscatine community as well. The University is dedicated to advancing individuals careers and starting new ones.
