Harvest 2020 wrapped up in Minnesota

Minnesota farmers were able to complete most of the harvesting for this year.  USDA reporters say cooler and warmer than normal temperatures gave farmers almost five days suitable for field work.  Climate experts at the University of Minnesota say this November will likely be one of the twenty warmest Novembers on record.

USDA says 99% of the state’s corn is now harvested.

With the 2020 harvest complete, the soil is in good shape and 88% of the land has adequate or surplus moisture going into winter.
