Harvest nears completion in Arkansas
Another week of decent weather has crop harvest in Arkansas nearing completion. Rice is 99 percent harvested. Cotton harvest is 95 percent complete. Soybean harvest is 90 percent complete.
Peanuts are 86 percent harvested.
Pastures are rated 38 percent good to excellent. Vegetables are rated 66 percent good to excellent. Eighty-two percent of the winter wheat crop is planted, and 69 percent is emerged.
Eighty-two percent of Topsoil and eighty-four percent of Subsoil are called adequate to surplus.
