Tell us about the services your station provides:
WXGO 1270AM/100.9FM is a radio station that puts life into AM radio dials with entertainment, news, weather, sports and information. For almost 2 years the WXGO translator at 100.9FM has been broadcasting the same Greatest Hits as WXGO-AM. It is a fun, up-tempo, hit oriented and formatted station focused on the music of the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s. Everybody loves listening to music that is fun, especially when you can sing along. WXGO 1270AM/100.9FM serves the Southeast Indiana and North Central Kentucky area. WXGO 1270AM/100.9FM features live broadcasts of High School Basketball, Baseball & Softball, Indiana University Football & Basketball, Cincinnati Reds Baseball, Indiana Pacer Basketball and other special news and sports programs.

Tell us about your community involvement: WXGO-FM/AM Radio participates in many community events all year long providing advertising, promotion, support and coverage. From local music festivals to annual winter coat drives and blood donation events.

Tell us about any involvement you have, or coverage you provide, to any agriculture related groups:
We provide coverage and support of the annual Jefferson County 4-H Fair by broadcasting live and on location all week of the event. We also support 4-H week in October by interviewing 4-H members and leaders daily. We support local Farm Machinery shows and events and Farm Safety and Health Week as well as National FFA Week.

WXGO-FM/AM Radio is proud to be a Brownfield affiliate and appreciate the support we receive from them. It has been a great partnership that we hope will continue for many years to come.
