Brownfield is proud to partner with Kaspar Media. WSHW 99.7 FM, WILO 1570 AM and 96.9 FM broadcast from Frankfort, Kokomo and Lafayette, Indiana. Kaspar Media has a long history of community involvement and providing relevant news and agricultural information to listeners in a 14-county area.

WSHW has an AC (Adult Contemporary) format and WILO is a full service station with agricultural programming and Classic Hits.

Russ Kaspar (Owner) is President of the PIP (Partners in Progress) board comprised of Frankfort Mayor, Commissioner President, Council President, Chamber of Commerce CEO, Industry and Education Leaders, Area Farm/Ag leaders.  Group meets monthly to discuss burning issues and opportunities in the community. Russ Chairs this monthly Meeting.  Sr. Fair, Volunteer Fair, Woman’s Fair in Kokomo (all station events),
