Commodity Classic is still on

As of now, the 2021 Commodity Classic is still on as planned.

Brad Doyle is co-chair of the Commodity Classic planning committee.

“We have no intention of canceling it right now,” he says. “We’ve had communication with our individual states trying to get a feel for how many are planning on attending and we’re keeping in mind all of our vendor’s needs.”

The trade show floor space is sold out and there haven’t been any cancellations yet.

He says the committee will continue discussions and keep an eye on other trade shows.

“I think they’ll set the pace for classic and what we need to do to change it, but I see that we have the opportunity in our 25th year to have a great Commodity Classic,” he says.

The 2021 Commodity Classic is set for March 4-6 in San Antonio.

Doyle is secretary of the American Soybean Association and is a farmer from northeast Arkansas.
