Nebraska’s crop ratings rebound

Nebraska’s corn and soybean condition ratings saw a rebound this week.

Corn is rated 75 percent good to excellent with soybeans at 80 percent, both nine points higher than last week.

Corn in the dough stage was at 27 percent with pod-setting on soybeans at 53 percent, both ahead of average.

The sorghum condition rating also increased and is back up to 67 percent good to excellent.

Pasture and range condition rated 60 percent good to excellent.

The winter wheat harvest was 93 percent complete, ahead of the 81 percent average.
