CME doubles dairy trading limits

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange is expanding trading limits again for dairy products.  For Tuesday’s trading session, limits will double. 

Class Three milk limits jump from seventy-five cents a hundredweight to $1.50.  The block cheese and cash-settled cheese limit will go from seven and a half cents to fifteen cents per pound.  Dry whey limits jump from four to eight cents a pound.
