Ricketts says Nebraska in ‘strong position’ for property tax relief

Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts says the latest report on state tax receipts puts the state in a “strong position” for property tax relief.
Ricketts reacted to yesterday’s news that final state general fund tax receipts for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 exceeded projections by over 10 million dollars.
Property tax relief will be a major focus when the Nebraska Unicameral resumes its session on July 20th.
