Indiana ag groups team up for modified State Fair

Three Hoosier commodity organizations are teaming up to serve families and youth participating in the modified Indiana State Fair 4-H Livestock Competition.

Indiana Beef Cattle Association, Indiana Pork, and American Dairy Association Indiana will serve food from the Dairy Bar during the 4-H show weekends.

The three organizations will serve a limited menu of their traditional State Fair favorites including pork burgers, milk shakes, smoked beef brisket sandwiches, and more.

The concession will be open from noon to nine on August 7-9 and 14-16.

Jenni Browning, CEO of the American Dairy Association Indiana, says the Dairy Bar has been a beloved tradition at the fairgrounds since 1941, and they’re grateful for the opportunity to safely serve families during the modified fair.
