Center for Soy Innovation demonstrates sustainability, conservation
The Missouri Center for Soy Innovation was designed inside and out to demonstrate the sustainability of soybean growers. Tom Steever spoke with Darrick Steen, Environmental Programs Director, Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council, who points out a large bio-basin near the back of the property. The Missouri Department of Conservation helped put in landscape features including plants that Steen says help filter the water that leaves the property. To find out more, visit mosoy.org.
