A 29-year-old Fairfield woman has died following a May 18 car crash.
Megan Reid, 29, of Fairfield was listed as a fatality in the wreck, which happened about 7:55 p.m. on Third Street in Columbus Junction.
Iowa State Patrol says a 2006 Chevy Cobalt driven by Megan Reid of Fairfield was southbound on Third Street when Reid made a U-turn and was truck by a 2019 Ford F650.
Reid to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. It is unclear when she died.
