Milk futures and cash dairy higher Wednesday
June Class III milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange 43 cents higher at $17.71. July up 32 at $17.14. August through October contracts a dime to 22 cents higher.
Dry whey steady at $0.3525.
Blocks up $0.07 at $1.92.
Barrels $0.07 higher at $1.8525. Eight trades were made, ranging from $1.85 to $1.8525.
Butter up $0.03 at $1.6350. Thirteen trades, with a range of $1.6325 to $1.64.
Nonfat dry milk up $0.01 at $0.9950.
