CME milk futures down, cash dairy mixed Monday

Milk futures were down, and cash dairy prices were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Monday.  

April Class III milk was unchanged at $13.41.  May was down $.19 at $10.91. June was down $.25 at $11.91.  July was down $.17 at 13.85. The milk futures from August through next March ranged from sixteen cents lower to two cents higher.  Prices remain in the fifteen dollar range in August and beyond.

Dry whey was unchanged at $.39 cents per pound.  No sales were recorded.

Forty-pound blocks were down $.0050 at $1.0075 per pound. There one sale recorded at $1.0150.

Barrels were up $.0075 at $1.0125 per pound.  There were two sales recorded at $1.0125 and $1.03.

Grade AA Butter was up $.0125 at $1.20 per pound.  Nine sales were recorded from $1.1950 to $1.21.

Nonfat dry milk was down $.0150 at $.84 per pound.  Four sales were recorded at $.084 to $.85.
