Minnesota Farm Bureau names Schaefer next executive director
Minnesota Farm Bureau has tabbed Karin Schaefer as its next executive director.
Schaefer left MFBF six years ago to become executive director of the Minnesota Beef Council.
She says she’s thrilled to be stepping back into the Farm Bureau organization, and that her experience at the Beef Council provided great examples of how to effectively lead a team.
President Kevin Paap says Schaefer is the perfect fit to help Minnesota Farm Bureau accomplish its mission to advocate for agriculture driven by the beliefs and policies of its members.
Schaefer succeeds Chris Radatz, who is retiring, and begins her new role June first.
