Tools to plan for grain drying
There’s potential for a lot of grain to dry this fall. The Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) has developed online tools that can take much of the guesswork out of planning what’s needed for fuel.
If government estimates come anywhere close to what is ultimately realized, the year 2020 will be known for high corn acreage. Mike Newland, PERC’s director of agriculture business development, tells Brownfield PERC is developing an online calculator for propane requirements this fall.
