Milk futures, cash dairy bleed to end a bloody week

May Class III milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange down 70 cents to $12.18.  June 47 lower at $13.13.  July through September contracts 26 to 40 cents lower.

Dry whey steady at $0.33.

Blocks down $0.12 to $1.15.

Barrels down $0.0375 at $1.1375.  Nine trades were made, ranging from $1.1375 to $1.16.

Butter down $0.03 at $1.28.  Seven trades made, with a range of $1.28 to $1.30.

Nonfat dry milk down $0.0125 at $0.8625.
