Jury awards peach farmer $15 Million in dicamba case

A federal jury in Cape Girardeau has ruled in favor of a southeast Missouri peach grower who sued dicamba makers Bayer and BASF for drift damage.

The jury has awarded Bill Bader of Bader Farms in Dunklin County 15 million dollars in damages. Punitive damages are to be decided Saturday, most likely.
