Muscatine, Iowa – William L. Phillips, 65, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at Premier Estates in Muscatine.

William was born March 26, 1954, in Muscatine, the son of William Albert and Betty Rohr Phillips.
He retired from HJ Heinz where he did maintenance. William was a member of the Vineyard Church. He enjoyed playing guitar, singing, fishing, and camping.
Those left to honor his memory include his three daughters, Kay Cardona, and husband Raymond, of Janesville, Wisconsin, Cathy Lake, and husband Kennith, of Muscatine, and Nena Massey of Muscatine; his father, William Phillips, and wife Nancy, of Nichols; his sister, Deann Phillips; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Rohr; one brother, Steven Phillips; and one grandson, Nathaniel William Phillips.
