More than 270 people attended Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s town hall Tuesday afternoon at the River’s Edge Event Loft in downtown Muscatine. Buttigieg’s visit marks the 26th time a presidential candidate has made a stop in Muscatine since March 2019. With the first-in-nation Iowa caucuses just around the corner on Feb. 3, Andrew Yang visited Muscatine again on Thursday at Muscatine Community College and Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders are all expected to stop in Muscatine next week.
