With Ol’ Man Winter threatening to shorten an already too short construction season, 900 yards of concrete were poured on West 8th Street Oct. 28 from Chestnut to Linn streets. This is one of the last major pours for Phase 4B of the West Hill Sewer Separation Project with a half block of Chestnut, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveways yet to be completed before the Nov. 22 deadline.
