A new two-way access road into Muscatine Community College off of Park Avenue was completed just in time for the beginning of the new semester.
College administration said several improvements to the traffic flow on the MCC campus were completed with the help of IDOT funding and EICC capital funds.
A new connector road around the back of campus, two-way entry into MCC, parking lot improvements and crosswalk repairs were all completed by Heuer Construction of Muscatine.
