April 19th has been designated Blue Out Day for Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month. The Muscatine County CARES Child Abuse Council and the CPPC are sponsoring a district-wide promotion contest to help spread awareness. We are asking for staff and students to all wear blue on Wednesday, April 19th.
