Dozens of Muscatine residents participated in the unloading of the Hawkeye Hauler on Saturday afternoon at the Salvation Army of Muscatine.

In addition to the countless individual donations, over 1500 prepackaged meal bags were purchased from Hy-Vee to be donated.  The food gathered from the annual Freezing for Food campaign will stock the food pantry for the Salvation Army for the next year.

With the completion of Freezing for Food, the Hauler will now be located at Krieger for the second week of Two Weeks of Love, this time collecting toys for Toy Time.
