An event every week that begins at 5:15pm on Tuesday, happening 52 times
Meet in the front lobby at the Muscatine Community YMCA.
Let’s walk another 30 minutes together to get our 150 minutes in each week. Research has proven that 150 minutes of exercise weekly will help lower your blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, and reduce stress.
Walking is a great way to stay fit.
It’s enjoyable and something you can do with others.
