The Muscatine Art Center will be offering free Spring Break take and make bags March 9 through 15 while supplies last.
Geared towards children, the bags consist of simple art supplies to create various art projects at home such as glue, colored pencils, markers, crayons, and scissors.
The Muscatine Art Center is located at 1314 Mulberry Avenue.
