Get A JUMP On Summer at the Y

Summer Kids’ Club—a Licensed Childcare Program that’s open to youth who have completed K-5th grades. Have fun exploring weekly themes with lots of hands-on activities, swimming, field trips, sports, wellness, recreation, art, science and so much more! Program hours are 6:45am to 6:00pm. A $25 Deposit will hold your spot!

Sports Camp—open to youth who have completed K-8th grades. Put a bit of sport in your day this summer. Join the Y staff for some fun and games, team building and fitness. The Muscatine Community YMCA will play host to several sports during the week. Lunch will be served daily. There will be a main sport each day with skill activities and game play. Games and activities that highlight those skills will be filled in to keep everyone moving and having fun. Each age group must have 5 participants to hold the camp. $60 for members/$90 for nonmembers. Session 1: June 26th-30th, and Session 2: July 31st-August 4th. Both sessions run 8am-12:30pm.

Middle School Programs—open to youth who have completed 5th-8th grades. Programming ranging from Art, Science, Fitness, Leadership, Groups for Girls, Groups for Guys and Service Learning. Programming will run Monday-Friday from 1-4pm and several morning sessions also. Set schedule will be available May 1st. Most of the programs are FREE and all are open to members and nonmembers!

Chute Shooting Camp—open to youth entering 3rd-8th grades. Want to refine your Basketball Shooting Skills? Then this camp is for you! The three steps to great shooting: TECHNIQUE, ATTITUDE, and PRACTICE! All three will be taught and stressed during the Chute Camp. This camp is a way to increase shooting skills and get the kids off the couch and on the courts! For more information checkout www.stgsports.com. Cost is $50 for the two day Camp on July 19th and 20th. The Camp will be held at the Y!
